Comprehensive Education from Kindergarten to High School

As HAS Schools, we offer our students a wide range of education from kindergarten to high school. Our aim is to support the academic, social and personal development of our students in every age group and prepare them for the future in the best way possible. Our education programmes are enriched with innovative and student-oriented approaches.

Preschool

Suitable environments and conditions are created for children to use their potentials in the most effective way and these potentials are brought out. In order to realise this goal, we adopt a guidance approach to our children, thus strengthening their ability to learn by doing and experiencing. Preschool period is the period when all developmental areas of children are the most active and the learning speed is the highest. In this context, the younger the children are, the faster and more effective the learning processes are, which ensures that the information learnt is more permanent.

Our education programmes are prepared and implemented in accordance with the developmental stages of children. Our goal in this process is to ensure that our children grow up as individuals who are self-confident, can use their language correctly and effectively, have self-control skills, are tolerant, have creative thinking skills, have developed critical thinking skills, have the ability to express their feelings and communicate, can apply to adults when help is needed, and fulfil their responsibilities towards themselves, their family and their environment.

Primary education

HAS SCHOOLS' basic approach is to provide students with 20 hours of spoken English. HAS SCHOOLS PRIMARY SCHOOL adopts a student-centred education approach with its expert and dynamic teaching staff in the first, second, third and fourth grades. This approach aims to enable students to learn by internalising knowledge and to support the learning process through practice and experience. The education programmes contribute to the development of children by supporting courses in different fields, while at the same time aiming to raise global citizens.

In order to carry out education and training activities more effectively, Guidance and Psychological Counselling specialists and school psychologists are constantly at the students' side. These specialists use tests, inventories and questionnaires to measure students' interests and abilities to help them make the best guidance. HAS SCHOOLS PRIMARY SCHOOL has integrated international education standards into its English education. Weekly 12-hour English classes are offered by both Turkish and foreign teachers in a conversation-orientated manner. German as a second foreign language is taught to students starting from the 2nd grade.

Middle School

HAS SCHOOLS students can take advantage of any year of their education from middle school to high school, including a year spent in the United States, without losing a year.

HAS SCHOOLS MIDDLE SCHOOL offers strategic education to students in the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth grades with an experienced teaching staff specialised in their fields and with high communication and problem solving skills. High-level studies are carried out in the sixth, seventh and eighth grades. In order to increase academic success, weekly lesson and study programmes are increased at all grade levels. Education and training programmes are enriched with methods such as field trips and various laboratory activities in order to be applied in daily life.

HAS SCHOOLS MIDDLE SCHOOL has integrated universal educational standards into English education. English classes of 12 hours a week are taught by Turkish and foreign teachers with a special emphasis on speaking. German as a second foreign language is taught to students at all grade levels. In addition, students who are proficient in English are offered the option of learning a third language; these languages include Spanish, French, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Dutch.

High School

HAS SCHOOLS ANATOLIA HIGH SCHOOL regards high school education not only as a preparation stage for university and life afterwards, but also as life itself and shapes its entire education with this vision. With our belief that all our students can learn in harmony with their natural abilities, we have designed a learning environment where they can develop their goals by respecting their nature.

Considering the life stages of our students, we provide counselling services for the problems they may encounter due to their academic success, preparation for university exams and social life. Our aim is to provide guidance services that take into account the personal differences of our students in order to ensure that they complete this process in a happy and healthy way, reach their goals and make the right choices. We aim to help our students to recognise both their school and their own potential.
